How To Perform

Take a step out to the side at a 45-degree angle with your right foot, bending your right knee while keeping your left leg straight.
Push through your right heel to return to the starting position.
Repeat the movement on the left side, stepping out at a 45-degree angle with your left foot.
Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
